Going south on I-5 from Edmonds toward Seattle:

Take Exit 175 (NE 145TH St – 5th AVE NE)
●
Just off the exit – at the first light – turn left onto NE
145th St
●
Travel east on NE 145th St for 0.5 miles,
then turn right on 15th Ave NE
●
Follow 15th Ave NE heading south for 1.0
mile, then turn left on NE 125th St
●
Go east on NE 125th St for 0.6 miles. Lake
City Professional Center will be on the right. It’s a large
brick building (old Lake City Elementary School)
which fills the block between 26th Ave NE and 27th Ave NE
●
At the east end of the building (just after
the buildings main sign) turn right into the driveway. There
is a large parking lot in the back

Once inside go to the second floor and follow
the signs to Suite 245
Going north on I-5 from Seattle:
●
Take Exit 174 (NE 130TH St -
ROOSEVELT Way)
●
After going through the stop
sign just off the exit merge into the far right hand lane to make a
sharp right turn onto Roosevelt Way heading east
●
After the first light
Roosevelt Way splits. Stay on the main arterial as it curves to the
left and becomes NE 125th St. (Roosevelt Way itself takes a very
sharp right and heads south toward Seattle)

Stay on NE 125th St going
east for 1.2 miles
●
Lake City Professional
Center will be on the right. It’s a large brick building (old
Lake City Elementary School) which fills the block between 26th Ave
NE and 27th Ave NE
●
